Chongqing Rail Transit Line 27 is 51.828 km long; this section includes the Ciqikou mined station and the Xiyong–Ciqikou interval. The Zhongliangshan mining-method tunnel reaches 260 m max depth, crossing fault zones, coal-seam gas, karst, goafs and water-rich strata (rock III–V) — a typical high-risk long tunnel.
Earthwork excavation, bolt grouting, shotcrete, steel frame installation, etc.
Multi-scale advanced forecast (TSP, geological radar, horizontal drilling, infrared water detection), strong-ventilation gas monitoring, fault pre-grouting, karst & goaf comprehensive treatment, in-tunnel drainage and three-stage sedimentation purification.
Line 17 Phase 1 is fully underground; Daxuecheng Middle Rd Station is a 14 m island interchange station built by side-wall drift method, with 445.07 m² excavation section, shallow-buried tunnel in sandstone-mudstone interbedded rock.
Station drill-blast excavation, bolt grouting, initial support, rebar installation, waterproof concrete, ventilation shaft and TBM launch shaft support works.
Side-wall drift effectively controls surface settlement; shallow sections use dense monitoring and advance small-pipe pre-support; standardized crews, dedicated posts and risk-list control.
Integrated highway-tunnel construction: excavation & transport, support & lining, ventilation & dust control, portal works.
Full-process works on the Hengshan and Heishuihe tunnels: portal works, tunnel excavation, initial support, secondary lining, interior decoration and MEP (reserved).
