① Standardized Rebar Yard

Equipped with gantry cranes, CNC bending centers and auto cutters, zoned by process: raw material, processing, semi-finished and finished-inspection areas for line production.

② Intelligent Rebar Equipment

Using CNC rebar benders and auto cutters for high efficiency and low error; with QR-code traceability for full process tracking from raw material to finished product.

③ Enclosed Temporary Muck Yard

Muck is excavated, transported, stacked and sealed immediately to reduce dust and protect the environment; with on-site washing pools and three-stage sedimentation for compliant discharge.

④ Centralized Steel Center

The site is equipped with a large centralized processing center, with complete supporting facilities such as spray dust suppression, safety signage and fire protection; the site is hardened, zoned and fixed-position arranged, setting a benchmark for standardized construction sites.

⑤ Multi-scale Advanced Geological Forecast

A four-level system of long/medium/short-range and disaster-warning forecasts, optimizing TSP, geological radar, horizontal drilling, infrared water detection, geostress monitoring and surface geophysics.

⑥ Intelligent Gas Monitoring

Equipped with an automatic gas monitoring system for real-time in-tunnel collection and auto-alarm.
